RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
1. PRE CONSTRUCTION - 6-8 WEEKS or 45 DAYS
Once home is ready to began we will start with pulling all nessacary permits
Once permits are pulled we will begin the pre construction lot preparation process. That includes sanitary stations, temporary power and water, job safety signs, ADD FOUNDATION QI INFO HERE.
2. FOUNDATION TASK - 4 WEEKS OR 30 DAYS
Home foot print preparation - scrapping vegetation from the lot including removing any trees to close to the home foot print.
Setting forms , surveying forms, plumbing drains installation foundation beams build up, steel installation, patio, garage and brick lug forms installed,
SCHEDULED ON SITE CUSTOMER VISIT
Internal quality inspection next phase ready inspection.
Concrete pour.​​
3. FRAMING START - 4 WEEKS OR 30 DAYS
Remove form boards off home, rough grade site preparation, lumber delivered, frame labor begins.

Once frame labor is at 21 Day mark another internal quality inspection takes place, next phase trade ready.
4. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical (MEP) Start - 3 weeks or 21 Days
These three trades will come in at frame stage typically one at a time for a week each and run all air conditioning lines, drains, ventilation, water supply, and electrical wiring inside your walls and attic.

Internal next phase ready quality inspection. Internal interior selections review.
5. Inspections and Insulation - 2 weeks or 14 Days
Frame and MEP inspections, insulation install and insulation inspections. Drywall delivery.
6. Interior and Exterior Finishes - 12 - 14 weeks or 90 Days
Once inspections are passed exterior and interior work will run concurrently. This includes exterior work such as siding, exterior painting, masonry work, electrical meter service, gas (if applicable), driveways, fencing, and landscaping. While the interior work includes drywall, doors and trim, cabinets, flooring, countertops, wall tile, and MEP finishes.
7. Customer Acceptance - 2 weeks or 14 Days
Internal QI - Final
Scheduled on site customer visit
Review the home with the PM and receive the home from Rojo.
